Cocoon remembers you, even on a different device or after a month away. You do not have to explain yourself all over again.
Cocoon gradually organizes memories from conversations and materials you provide, helping future conversations build on existing context. Memory belongs to your account, not a single device. What it produces depends on the available information and processing results.
What it remembers
Things you have mentioned: projects in progress, promises, and plans mentioned in passing.
People who matter to you: family, colleagues, your cat's name and age, and your shared experiences.
Your habits and preferences: your sleep schedule, how you make decisions, and whether you prefer a direct answer or the full background.
Things you explicitly ask it to remember: just say “Remember, from now on…”
You do not have to organize these yourself. Cocoon extracts them from your conversations while you chat.
Say it once, and Cocoon confirms what it saved so you can correct any misunderstanding immediately.
Memory Overview: see what it remembers
With an eligible membership, open Me → Growth and Memory → Memory Overview to see four tabs: Personality (traits observed in conversation), Relationships (people you mention), Profile (organized personal information), and Rhythm (sleep and activity patterns). Availability depends on the membership plans shown in the app.

What if it gets something wrong?Say “That's not right” or “Don't remember this anymore,” and Cocoon can update it. You can also open individual entries in Memory Overview.
Your memory travels with you
Memories belong to your account. Sign in on a new phone, computer, or iPad and pick up where you left off. See Sync across devices.
Memory and the current conversation are differentIf a conversation goes off track, use Start a new topic to reset its immediate context. Your long-term memories stay intact.
Privacy
Data is encrypted in transit between the app and online services, and protected by server access controls. We do not sell your personal information. You can review, correct, or delete individual memories, or delete your entire account directly in the app (or request deletion by email). See Privacy and account deletion.
Memory and understanding
You through Cocoon's eyes
Cocoon gradually organizes interests, preferences, and behavioral clues from everyday conversations for you to review and correct. These observations are for reference, not psychological assessments or diagnoses.
Where to find it
Go to Me → Growth and Memory → You through Cocoon's eyes to see your growth stage, understanding score, and current observations. Tapping Cocoon's avatar next to a chat reply opens the same panel. Select “Full spectrum →” at the top right to explore the personality spectrum. Content depends on your growth stage and available data.
Memory Overview in the same section includes Personality, Relationships, Profile, and Rhythm, subject to membership access. The full personality card at the end of the growth journey unlocks at the Butterfly stage.
A 16-dimension personality spectrum
Cocoon learns about you through conversations and usage patterns, one dimension at a time. The 16 dimensions are split into eight factual dimensions (objective information about you) and eight personality dimensions (your personal traits). Each newly understood dimension lights up another part of the journey. Unlit sections represent things you have not yet explored together.
“How well Cocoon knows you.” Select “Full spectrum” to explore what it has learned in each dimension.
Eight-axis radar and understanding score
Memory Overview → Personality displays eight traits on a radar chart: extraversion, planning, openness, emotional sensitivity, decision style, preferred information depth, risk preference, and social rhythm. The accompanying understanding score ranges from 0 to 100. It measures Cocoon's confidence in its understanding of you, not your worth or ability.

Egg → Silkworm → Cocoon → Butterfly
Cocoon grows alongside you. As you talk and assign tasks, it progresses through Egg, Silkworm, Cocoon, and Butterfly. Its form depends on its understanding of you, not how much you spend or how many days you use it.
Becoming a Butterfly requires both: an understanding score of at least 80 and all 16 dimensions lit up. If the score is high enough but some dimensions remain unexplored, it stays in the Cocoon stage.

It can get things wrongThese are observations drawn from your conversations, and may be inaccurate. Tell Cocoon when something does not fit, and it can update its understanding.

Knowledge Base and Knowledge Forest
Hundreds of saved items, but only a few ideas that stay with you. Cocoon wants to help with the second part.
Knowledge Base: let it read your materials
Upload files, images, and text to the Knowledge Base. Cocoon can refer to and search them when answering questions. Organize materials into folders, view chunk counts, sizes, and sync status, and synchronize with local directories.

Knowledge Forest: turn saved material into a growing structure of ideas you have actually absorbed
A book or video sparks an idea. You save it, then forget why it mattered. The bookmark sits untouched.The article was saved. The insight was lost.
Try something different in Cocoon: after reading, tell it what you felt and learned. Cocoon organizes ideas from the conversation by topic and connects them to your existing idea trees. New conversations help those trees grow.
Over time, each subject becomes a tree, and multiple subjects form a forest. The example shows “Investment · 17” and “Content creation · 14”; the numbers count ideas. Drag and zoom to explore.
Subjects are trunks; ideas are branches and leaves. Ideas grow from your materials and conversations, adding leaves as you learn.
Every leaf can be traced back to a book, conversation, or file. Open it to see the source.
Books, videos, and articles become source material; the ideas you take away become your own knowledge, rather than a list of other people's articles.
The sidebar shows the forest above its source files, including insights from conversations and video transcripts.
It grows over timeAn empty forest at first is normal. Add subject folders and source files, then talk through your ideas. To get started, pick something you care about and discuss what you have read recently.

AI conversations
Everything in Cocoon starts here. Type, speak, or listen to its replies.
The main chat screen. The top-left capsule shows your allowance, next to the mascot. At the top you can also search conversations, jump to a date in history. Tap the speaker beneath a message to hear it read aloud.
Three ways to talk
Type in the input field at the bottom.
Press to talk using the microphone at the far right of the input bar. Hold to speak and release to send.
Live voice call: tap the headphones icon beside the input, or choose “Voice conversation” from the mascot menu. Speak naturally and hear Cocoon reply, without touching the keyboard.
The mascot menu also lets you hide the mascot when you want more space.
Listen to replies
Cocoon's messages can be read aloud too.Tap the small speaker beneath a message to hear it.
Completed task reports can also be read aloud, so you can hear the result while doing something else.
Things you can do directly in chat
No need to switch pages. Tell Cocoon what you need, and it saves the details and confirms them:

No need to open another app and find a plus button. Just tell Cocoon what comes to mind.
Tasks: say it and save it
Say “Save a task for me” or “My mom's birthday is next Wednesday; don't let me forget.” Cocoon saves it and confirms the details and priority. Select Today's tasks at the top right to view, complete, delete, or reprioritize tasks in the sidebar.
You can adjust the priority shown in the confirmation directly in this sidebar.
Reminders: a nudge at the right time
Time-specific items appear in Reminders, grouped by time. When due, they use system notifications on mobile and tray notifications on desktop.

Notebook: capture a thought
Save ideas, lists, and quick notes. Each entry has a title, preview, and timestamp, and is searchable. Ask Cocoon what is in your notebook to hear a summary.
Everything syncs across devicesTasks, reminders, notes, and knowledge belong to your account. What you save on your phone is available on your computer.

Getting started
Install: get Windows, macOS, and Android releases from the official download page. iOS and iPadOS are not yet publicly released. Public links will be provided after launch; beta versions require a valid invitation.
Sign in: register with a phone number in the app. Existing accounts can sign in with a password or SMS. New registrations require active agreement to the Privacy Policy and necessary AI data processing. See Privacy and account deletion.
Continue chatting: no import or setup needed. Pick up where you left off on your other device.

Extra features on desktop
On Windows and macOS, Cocoon includes a desktop mascot. Press and hold it to speak without switching windows. The Agent Dock on the left is the control panel for Task delegation.

Type / in the input field to open the command menu. It has two useful commands.

If the AI goes off topic or gets stuck on an incorrect assumption, reset the conversation here.

Send images and documents from your phone to your computer without AI processing or usage charges.
Start a new topic when the conversation goes off track
Long conversations can accumulate confusing context. If Cocoon becomes inconsistent or clings to a mistake, starting fresh can help.
What it does: starts a new session. Previous messages remain in history, but the new conversation does not carry the confused context. Cocoon confirms that the session has restarted.
What stays intact——Your memories. Long-term memory belongs to your account, separately from each conversation. Cocoon still knows you after a restart; only the current context is reset.
Use it when the topic has changed completely, a long conversation loses focus, or Cocoon will not let go of a mistaken premise.
File transfer mode: a direct path between devices
Use this mode to move images and documents from your phone to your computer. Files are saved and synced normally and can be viewed or saved on your computer, but are not sent to the model, charged, or included in replay history.
It is a toggle: while active, the command changes to “Exit file transfer mode.” Select it again to leave.
/file off The command always works, even while messages bypass the model. Exiting does not depend on the AI understanding your message.
It will not keep intercepting messages indefinitely: after six hours, the mode expires. Normal chat resumes with an explicit notice.
The mode explains its rules on entry, confirms the computer path after a transfer, and announces when normal chat resumes.
Talking about file transfer mode will not activate itCommands must match the entire message. Mentioning file transfer mode within a sentence is treated as normal conversation.
Everyday use
Simplify your interface
Keep the toolbar collapsed by default and expand it when needed.
The chat toolbar opens Search, Knowledge Base, Today's tasks, Reminders, Notebook, and Agent Dock. Collapsing it frees space, especially on phones.
How to enable it
Go to Account.
, find Devices and capabilities → Settings.
, then enable “Collapse top shortcuts by default”.
The toolbar starts as two menu buttons. Tap either to expand all shortcuts. This is especially useful on narrow phone screens.
Collapsed by default does not mean permanently hiddenEvery shortcut remains available. Tap the menu to bring them back.
Other preferences, including launch at startup on desktop, are on the same Settings page.

Capture a region
Press the shortcut, then drag to select a region:Double-click to confirm，Right-click to select again，Esc to cancel. The toolbar offers four actions:

Screenshot translation
Instead of capturing, opening a translator, and pasting, press the shortcut and select a region. Translation starts when you release the mouse, with the result overlaid in the original position.
Choose the target language in Settings: Chinese / English / Japanese / Korean. Chinese is the default.
Clipboard image preview
Pin the clipboard image in a floating window so you can refer to it while working.Press the same shortcut again to close it. If the clipboard has no image, Cocoon tells you.
Pause immediately
Ctrl+Alt+F12 is the emergency stop for Computer control and online tasks: it immediately pauses all browser and desktop actions. Cocoon cannot take another step until resumed and confirms the pause. Use it if you accidentally assign an unwanted action.
Change shortcuts
The shortcuts above are defaults. You can change them to your preferred keys in Account → Devices and capabilities → Screenshots and shortcuts. Select “Change” beside an action and press a new key combination.
If it conflicts with another shortcut, Cocoon identifies the conflict and keeps the original binding.
If another app has reserved the shortcut globally, you will see Registration failed. Choose a different combination.
To undo your changes, select Restore default shortcuts.
You can also paste directly into chat
In the chat input, Ctrl+V you can paste images from the clipboard without saving them as files first.
Pasted text longer than about 1,200 characters or 30 lines becomes a .txt attachment automatically. Shorter text stays in the input for editing.
Let Cocoon handle it
Task delegation
Let Cocoon do the work: write code, research, or organize files. Assign a task, receive a report, and review the result.
Membership requirementTask delegation is available on Pro and Max plans. Free and Plus support chat and memory, but not task delegation.
What is an agent team?
Tasks run through executors on your own computer or server. We call these agent runners. They can read files, edit code, and run commands on your machine, going beyond conversation alone.
Cocoon can also automatically detect and use supported coding agents already installed on your computer.There is no need to install or sign in again just for Cocoon. Agents that are ready appear in the panel.
Each card represents a runner and shows its installation, sign-in, and availability status. Drag cards to set their priority. The seventh card, Custom API , is explained below.
Supported agents
Cocoon can detect and delegate to these agents:
Claude Code, Codex, Qwen Code, Kimi Code, GLM Code, DeepSeek Harness, OpenCode
There is also CocoonCli, Cocoon's built-in fallback. It is always available without extra installation and stays at the end of the queue, used when earlier runners are unavailable.
Installed agents appear in the panel. If none are installed, CocoonCli provides the fallback so delegation can still work.
Open the panel
On desktop, the Agent Dock shows a card for each runner with its detected status:
Ready for tasks: installed, signed in, and with allowance available.
One-click install available: supported but not yet installed.
Detected, not ready: found, but its current version or state cannot accept tasks.
Allowance limited / Currently unavailable: its allowance is exhausted or it cannot be reached.
Disabled: you disabled it, so it is excluded from the queue.
Cards also indicate whether the runner is Built in, Installed or Not installed, along with its sign-in status.Detection checks both installation and sign-in. Unsigned-in agents are identified before a task fails. Signed-in agents may also show their remaining provider allowance.
Install an agent
For agents that need installation, choose one-click install and watch the progress. Files are placed in Cocoon's own app directory, without modifying your system PATH or existing command-line tools. Remove that directory to uninstall.
If a separate account or subscription is needed, the panel guides you through sign-in.Each agent manages its own account configuration; Cocoon does not handle it.
Organize work by project
Group related tasks into a project with its own overview, product plans, lessons, and development environment. Cocoon keeps this context organized so you do not have to maintain it manually.
Delegated tasks run with this project context. New lessons flow back into the project afterward, helping future work.
Use your own API
You can add or remove runners. Alongside built-in agents, the “Custom API” card accepts any OpenAI-compatible API endpoint, key, and model name, including DeepSeek, Kimi, SiliconFlow, or a self-hosted service.
Fill in all three fields to enable it. An incomplete configuration is treated as unconfigured, and Cocoon falls back to its own service instead of starting a task with missing settings.
The key stays on this computer and is not uploaded or managed by Cocoon.
Once enabled, local tasks connect directly to your provider and do not consume Cocoon allowance.
Clear the configuration to restore the default.
Two things to keep in mindIt applies only to local execution. Server tasks still use Cocoon's service and allowance.
It does not change delegation permissions. Bringing your own key does not unlock task delegation; the same membership requirement applies.
Assign a task
Describe the work in plain language, as you would to a colleague. A formal specification is not required.
Choose where it runs: on your local machine or on the server. Choose local for files on your computer, or server for work on the online backend.
Send it. Cocoon selects an available runner in your configured order. You can drag to reorder the queue; disabled runners are excluded. If your first choice is unavailable, Cocoon tells you which runner it used instead and why.
Follow progress to see what it is doing and producing.
Receive a report when the work is done, then decide whether to accept the result.
Task capsule: progress right in chat
After delegation, a status indicator above the chat input appears: the task capsule. See whether a task is still running without leaving the conversation.
The dot shows status, Code identifies the runner, and #T55 is the task number you can mention to Cocoon. Tap to expand and see its current activity.
Direct your computer from your phone
A useful part of delegation: assign and review from your phone while the work runs on your computer. Send a task while away, let your computer handle it, and receive the report without sitting at your desk.
Delegation uses allowance tooChat and delegated tasks share the same five-hour and weekly usage windows. Tasks can use allowance faster than casual chat; higher plans provide more room. See Membership and capacity.

Describe it, and Cocoon gets started
Say “Open this page and fill in the form” or “Do this in that app.” Cocoon opens a browser or window on your own computer and works through the steps. You can also ask from your phone and have it run on your computer.

Two kinds of work, two toolsets
Webbuilt-in browser
Open URLs, read page structure, click, type, press keys, scroll, switch tabs, wait, and take screenshots. The browser is inside Cocoon, where you can watch or take over.
ComputerDesktop actions
List windows, read controls, activate windows, click, type, use shortcuts, scroll, and send a screenshot of your computer to the chat.
Use the browser when you need to sign in to see a page, , click to reveal content, , or fill and submit a form. For a public article, simply asking Cocoon is often faster.
Enable desktop actions first
Off by defaultTo operate app windows outside the browser, go to Settings → Local agent, then enable “Allow control of other app windows”. If disabled, Cocoon tells you which setting to enable.
Browser tools are controlled separately. You can allow browser use without enabling desktop control.
Desktop control currently supports the Windows client only.
Boundaries
Stop it at any time.The global shortcut Ctrl+Alt+F12 immediately pauses browser and desktop actions. Cocoon cannot continue until you resume it.
You enter credentials and sensitive information yourself.Cocoon does not fill passwords, bank card numbers, or identity numbers. It fills the other fields and asks you to enter those yourself.
You approve consequential actions.Before actions such as submitting, paying, or deleting, Cocoon pauses to ask you.
Work stays in the visible tab.Browser actions target the current tab, rather than making changes in other tabs out of view.
It runs on your computer.Your browser session stays local, rather than on a cloud computer acting for you.
Each step includes a reason in the audit log for later review.
Which browser is used?
Built-in panel (default): inside Cocoon, visible and ready for you to take over.
Cocoon's dedicated Chrome window: used when you specifically request Chrome or need an existing sign-in session there.
The two browsers have separate sign-in sessions. Signing in to one does not sign you in to the other.
Membership requirement and Task delegation share the same access requirement: if your plan supports delegation, it supports these tools on the same authorized computer.
Let Cocoon handle it
Skills
Turn repeated work into a skill. Define it once, and Cocoon can recognize when to use it.
Where to add one
In Agent Dock, open the “Projects” tab and find the skill library below. It has two sections:
Global system skills: built-in, read-only skills.
My skills: skills you create. Add one at the top right, or edit and delete existing entries.
Create a skill
The form includes:
Skill identifier: an internal name using English words and hyphens (for example, weekly-report）。
Display name: the name shown in your list.
Scope——Global skills work in every project; project-scoped skills apply only to the project you select.
Description: the trigger guidance explained below.
Prompt template: what to do, which steps to follow, and what the output should look like.
Order and Enabled: order sets its position in the list; disabling a skill excludes it without deleting it.
Describe when to use itCocoon uses the description to decide whether a skill applies. “Generate weekly reports” is vague; “Use when the user asks for a weekly report, a summary of this week's work, or weekly meeting notes” gives clearer triggers.
After adding it
The skill enters Cocoon's available catalog. Talk normally; you do not need to invoke it by name when the description matches your request.
Deleting a project also deletes its project-scoped skillsAssociated project documents and skills are removed with the project. Change a skill to global scope first if you want to keep it.
Let Cocoon handle it
Learning from experience
Cocoon summarizes useful approaches and mistakes, then saves them after your approval for similar work in the future.
Two types of lessons
Experience: approaches that proved useful, such as recording a commitment immediately rather than relying on memory.
Pitfalls: problems encountered and ways to avoid them, such as checking notification settings before recording your screen.
Lessons can come from chat history or from the task execution process. After a task, Cocoon reviews what worked and what went wrong and proposes entries.
Saved lessons, each with its source and a disable option. Pending proposals appear above them under “Awaiting review.”
Your approval comes first
Proposed lessons enter Awaiting review. You choose one of three actions:
Approve as general: save a broadly applicable rule for use across projects.
This project only: for context-specific lessons, attach the entry only to its source project so it does not affect unrelated work.
Reject: discard inaccurate or unhelpful proposals, optionally with a reason.
“This project only” is often the right choice. Most pitfalls depend on context and can mislead in another project.
How project lessons are used
Once saved to a project, relevant lessons are included in future tasks for that project without repeated instructions from you.
Cocoon does not include every lesson indiscriminately. It uses the current task description to find matching entries and includes at most three. If none match, no lessons are added.
Why keep the limit strict?More lessons are not always better. Including dozens in every task wastes allowance and buries relevant guidance. Leaving out a marginal match is better than adding many unrelated entries.
You can disable entries anytime
Filter by All, Experience, or Pitfalls, search, and inspect entries. If one no longer applies, select Disable to exclude it from future tasks without deleting it. You can enable it again later.
Why save lessons?An experience library helps Cocoon avoid familiar mistakes over time, instead of starting from scratch with every task.
Let Cocoon handle it
Safe directories
Delegation lets Cocoon work with real files on your computer. Add sensitive locations to the blocked directory list to keep them off limits.
Where to configure it
Account → Devices and capabilities → Local agent → Directories Cocoon must not access, then add your directories.
This setting is available to all desktop users with task delegation access. It is hidden on mobile, where there is no local desktop filesystem to manage.
How it works
Listed directories, including all their subdirectories, are blocked for both reading and writing.
Blocked directories take priority, even over a global “Allow all” setting or an individual directory authorization.
The list is passed to the executor with each task. It is combined with the executor's own system and credential-directory restrictions; it never replaces or relaxes them.
Why a blocklist instead of an allowlist?An allowlist requires listing every working directory. A blocklist lets you protect sensitive locations while keeping other work straightforward. Cocoon defaults to broad access, so blocked directories are the practical restriction.

Four plans, two usage bars. Understanding both bars helps you manage your allowance.

Free
Provides basic usage. See Allowance usage in the app for your current limits.
Plus
Provides higher usage limits, subject to the five-hour and weekly windows.
ProReady for tasks
Delegate coding, research, and other tasks to Cocoon and receive a report when finished.
MaxReady for tasks
Provides higher usage limits and task capabilities. Available models and features depend on the current configuration and product descriptions.

Two usage bars
Both windows apply. If either is exhausted, wait for its scheduled reset or buy an eligible capacity reset:
Five-hour window: the shorter window limits bursts of heavy use.
Weekly window: the longer window tracks overall weekly usage.
Each bar shows the remaining percentage and time until its next automatic reset.
When do windows reset?
The five-hour and weekly windows reset on their own schedules, shown on the Allowance usage page. A purchased reset reduces usage in the applicable window; it does not restart the timer or change the scheduled automatic reset.
What if I use allowance quickly?
Select Reset capacity beside a usage bar to see products and eligibility. Ineligible options are disabled with an explanation. Each purchase performs one reset, in one of these categories:
Weekly capacity reset
Runs once immediately after successful payment verificationWeekly capacity reset. The 30%, 50%, and 100% options reduce current weekly usage by the selected percentage of total weekly capacity, down to zero. Five-hour usage is unchanged. The 30% and 50% options require actual weekly usage of at least 75%; the 100% option is available at 85% and clears weekly usage. The scheduled weekly reset time stays unchanged.
Five-hour reset
Available when five-hour usage, including reservations for in-progress requests, reaches 75% and the remaining weekly allowance can cover the selected product.
After payment verification, it immediately reduces usage in the current five-hour window by the selected percentage of that window's total capacity, down to zero.It does not increase weekly allowance. Future use still counts toward the weekly limit, and the five-hour reset schedule is unchanged. Plus offers a 100% reset; Pro and Max offer 30%, 50%, and 100%, subject to the products shown for your plan.
Unavailable if weekly allowance is insufficientFive-hour resets remain subject to weekly limits. If the remaining weekly allowance cannot cover the selected proportion, that option is disabled. Consider a weekly reset or wait for the scheduled recovery.
Shared rules
One purchase, one reset: it runs immediately after successful payment verification and is consumed on completion.
The original schedule stays unchanged. Usage continues under your plan's rules and resets at the scheduled time.
If you meet the purchase conditions again, you can buy another reset.
How to cancel a subscription
For an Apple subscription with automatic renewal enabled, cancel renewal in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions or Manage Apple subscriptions. Paid benefits remain until expiry under the channel's rules. For other channels, renewal and cancellation terms are those shown at purchase and set by that channel.
One-time capacity resets do not renew automatically and need no cancellation.They perform one reset per purchase and are separate from automatically renewing memberships.

Privacy and account deletion
Because Cocoon remembers personal details, it should be clear where data is stored, who can access it, and how to delete it, including your entire account.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on the server, with encrypted transmission between the app and online services and access controls protecting stored data.
We do not sell your personal information.
Memory belongs to your account, not a single device. This enables Sync across devices.
Compatible app versions display the data sent, purposes, and recipients, including model services and hosting or relay providers, before registration or first AI use. Consent is unchecked by default and required before creating an account, including first-time SMS registration. Existing accounts without the current consent record must also confirm before using AI services.
Consent is stored per account and is not requested for every message within the disclosed scope. If you decline, you can sign out or delete your account without first consenting to AI processing. From version 1.0.67 (283), general terms and AI processing have separate checkboxes; the AI checkbox is selected only after explicit confirmation on the explanation page. System permissions and location recommendations
Camera, microphone, and notification permissions are managed by your operating system. The app links to them from Account → Devices and capabilities → System permission settings. Permissions not yet requested may not appear. Disabling camera, microphone, or notifications does not affect text chat.
Location recommendations are off by default. If enabled, authorized location is collected while you use the app and sent with messages for nearby recommendations, location-related conversations, and analysis of frequent places. Precision depends on system permission and may include precise location; you can choose approximate location. Background location is not requested. Disabling the feature removes location from new messages and clears the local cache. For recipients and details, see Privacy Policy.
Manage your data anytime
See what it remembers: open Memory Overview to explore Personality, Relationships, Profile, and Rhythm.
Correct a memory: say “That's not right” or “Don't remember this anymore,” or manage entries individually in Memory Overview.
Delete account
Isolated backups rotate by count and capacity. Necessary logs and minimal deletion records have restricted access and purposes. Deletion requests must be reapplied before restoring service from a backup. See Retention and handling after deletion.
Delete directly in the app: Account → Account settings → Delete account.
A dedicated page explains the consequences before showing the delete button. After tapping it, you must confirm again.
Read this before deletingDeleting your account removes all associated personal data from the app's online operational systems, including but not limited to profile information, conversations, uploads, notes, memories, Knowledge Base content, projects and their materials, tasks, lessons, membership benefits, and remaining allowance. These examples do not limit the scope of deletion.Deleted data cannot be recovered.
This is different from signing out: signing out ends your session but leaves data available when you sign in again; account deletion removes online operational data, and registering again will not restore it.
Sign out
Ends the session on this device. Your data remains available when you sign in again.
Delete account
Deleting online operational data is irreversible. You may register again with the same phone number, but it creates a new account with no connection to the deleted data.
Deleting your account does not cancel Apple subscription renewal.If automatic renewal is enabled, use Manage Apple subscriptions to cancel it first. Newer deletion notices and confirmation dialogs include that link. You may still delete your account immediately without waiting for expiry. One-time resets need no cancellation. For refunds or billing questions, follow the purchase channel's process or contact support for help investigating.
