What content is sent
Conversations, images, videos, and files you provide or their extracted content, together with relevant history, memories, personal background, and other context. Voice features also include recordings or text to be read aloud. This content may contain personal information.
How it is used
To generate AI replies, understand attachments, organize memories, personalize services, execute tasks you initiate, transcribe speech, and read text aloud. Personalization includes gradually organizing personality observations, such as introversion or extraversion, decision habits, and interests, together with relationships, frequent places, and routines mentioned in conversations, for You through Cocoon's eyes and Memory Overview.
Model service recipients
DeepSeek, Moonshot AI (Kimi), Zhipu (BigModel), Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen), Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT / Codex), and Google (Gemini).
Service partners
Model access: Some models connect directly to official services; others are provided through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, SiliconFlow, or the National Supercomputing Internet Platform. A platform receives content needed for a request only when it is actually used.
Voice services: Depending on feature needs and availability, enabled, compatible services from Volcengine, SiliconFlow, and Tencent Cloud process necessary audio or text for transcription and speech synthesis. Tencent Cloud currently provides backup speech recognition. Disruptions may cause a switch to an enabled backup and resending of the audio needed to complete transcription. Only content necessary for the function is sent; not every message goes to all recipients.

Camera, microphone, location, and notification permissions remain separately controlled by you.
